About the Program
Allen County is home to an incredible variety of parks, preserves, and natural areas waiting to be explored. Since 2011, Allen County Trailblazers program has encouraged residents and visitors to get outside, discover new places, and enjoy the physical and mental benefits of spending time outdoors.
Each year, participating parks, conservation organizations, and trail groups select designated trails throughout Allen County. Complete 10 of the featured trails during the program season to earn a commemorative Allen County Trailblazers medallion.

Download the Allen County Trailblazers Hiking Form to see this year's designated trails and keep track of your progress.​
Record & Hike 10 Trails
Complete 10 of the designated Trailblazers trails during the program season and write down the date you completed each trail on your hiking form.

Earn Your Medallion
Turn in your completed form to receive this year's commemorative Allen County Trailblazers medallion.​​
The program operates on the honor system. As long as the date of each completed hike is recorded on the form, it counts toward your goal.
