Jordan Huttenlocker
As a Fort Wayne native, I grew up around the Foster Park area before moving to Chicago for undergrad at DePaul University. I worked for two years in development before attending law school at UIC School of Law. From there, I practiced in Chicago for nearly a decade before moving back to Fort Wayne so I could spend time with my children at home. In 2020, I went back to work at Rothberg, which merged with Krieg DeVault as of January 1, 2026. I made partner in 2023 and focus my practice primarily on real estate.
Real estate and preserving our lands are two areas that are near and dear to my heart. I have served on the board of LC Nature Park for three years now. Watching the world around me continue to change and grow is amazing, but I want to make sure we do not take away more than we give back. I also want my (future) grandchildren to know what wetlands look like, to hike through nature, and to understand the value of restoring our lands when we can.
Vickie DeLuca
Victoria DeLuca loves the wild places and hopes to help preserve their beauty for generations to come. She grew up on a farm in Michigan and spent many happy hours hiking with her grandfather, a self-educated naturalist. He was especially interested in native plants used as remedies. Throughout her life, her "happy place" continues to be wandering on trails and fields in all seasons. Vickie's work and volunteer record includes more than 40 years in professional fundraising and community volunteering. Since moving to Fort Wayne in 2013, she has volunteered with elementary, middle school and high school programs for Southwest Allen County Schools, animal rescue organizations, and as a founding board member of a wildlife rescue. She and her husband, Ken, have created a native plant garden as a centerpiece of their backyard and she has been happy to note that it contains many of the plants seen at Eagle Marsh.
