Breakfast on the Marsh
Each month on the 2nd Thursday at 8:30 am, well-seasoned nature lovers (adults), join us for a nature presentation. We provide a light breakfast of muffins, fruit, and coffee. We encourage all attendees to bring their own mug to cut down on waste.
Guest speakers represent individuals working in conservation throughout NE Indiana. Attendance ranges from 30-50 individuals. LRWP members are admitted for free. Nonmembers are asked to pay $8 to attend.
Short Legs for Short Hikes
This event is held at Eagle Marsh barn, 6801 Engle Road. Kids are taught about some nature topics followed by an outdoor activity. All are encouraged to dress for the weather, and boots are recommended for potential wetland adventures. This event is tailored for children aged 3 to 5, accompanied by a responsible adult.
